Prices: Should Seller offer or sell to a customer Goods of like quality at a lower price than in effect hereunder, then buyer shall receive the benefit of such lower price on all shipments and services made and provided while such lower price is effective. If Buyer can purchase goods or sevices of comparable quality at a lower cost than the delicered cost of the Goods then in effect hereunder and Buyer gives Seller written notice thereof, Buyer may purchase such goods of services, unless within fifteen days of receipt by Seller of said notice, Seller shall meet such lower delibered cost for any equal quality of Goods thereafter sold hereunder. Any quantity so purchased from another sourc3e shall be deducted from any obligation that Buyer may have hereunder, but these Terms shall otherwise remain unaffected.
