Any provision of this Agreement, which is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provisions in any other jurisdiction.
如果该同意书被法庭宣判为禁止执行或不可执行，对该法庭而言，该同意书的任何部分，在没有宣布剩余部分无效以前，不能宣布其中某一部分无效。而且当这一法庭宣布对该同意书执行禁止和不可执行命令以后，其他任何法庭无权宣布这一判罚无效或者不可执行。
