With the deepening of reform and opening up,non-profit organizations in the country have also been developed in some ways. Our country's non-profit organizations are increasing and and their roles are strengthening. However, comparing them with western developed countries, China's non-profit organizations developed more backward, it will be difficult to bring the role into full play . This article attempts to study non-profit organizations in China's development and the status quo,it analysis Chinese non-profit organizations which are facing difficulties, constraining our excavation role which is played by non-profit organizations to identify factors and response to them.Our non-profit organizations are promoting healthy development of the organization.They should play a social role. At the same time we hope that our government will draw on the institutional reform and makes them play a certain effect of use for reference.

The quantity of the non-profit-making organizations in our country is increasing, while the efforts of them is strengthening. However, compared with western developed country, the non-profit-making organization of our country develops relatively backwardly, and their function is difficult to give full play to. This text attempts to study the development and current situation of non-profit-making organization in China , analyze the predicament which China non-profit-making organization face, excavate the factors restraining the efforts of non-profit-making organizations in China and find out the countermeasure, to promote the development of the non-profit-making organizations of our country and give play to the due social function of this organization. And it is to play a certain reference arrivesing role in the reform in government organization of our country at the same time.
