使用频率并不能代表你对应用软件的了解程度。 大公司的电子申请表都会要求注明熟练程度，所以建议在传统的简历中也要加入。
如：

Excellent in MS office package (word, access, publisher, excel and powerpoint) and SAGE;

Excellent knowledge in JAVA and C++

Comfortable working with SAP, LINDO, LINGO and Programmer

这样比较一目了然， 而且切入主题。
