4. Suppliers are not permitted to use Subcontractors for the manufacture of Company merchandise without the Company’s express written consent. Supplier must insure that the Subcontractor has entered into a written commitment to comply with this Code of Conduct before any production may begin. Supplier shall maintain and forward to Company a current and accurate list of all Subcontractors used by the Supplier. For purposes of this Code, a Subcontractor shall be defined as a provider of Materials or Services to the Supplier, when the provider is responsible for a significant portion of the manufacturing process of the product being sold to the Company OR when the Company’s Customer’s label is being transported to the provider as part of an assembly or for assembly at the provider’s factory.
在没有得到“公司”的明确书面同意前，“供应商”不得将为“公司”生产产品的工作转包给“分包商”。
“供应商”必须确保在“分包商”开始生产之前，与“分包商”订立遵守“操作规范”的书面承诺。
