All parties hereby agree to act and abide as follows: 1. That the Nominee is the only person recognized By the Trustee and authorize By the Trustee’s Candidate as his agent/Representative in all matters regarding processing, procuring and provision work permit/Visas for our Company Rosabol Construction in Europe for the trustee’s candidates 2. That by virtue of this, the Trustee has the consent and affirmation of both the Nominee and the Nominee’s Candidates to make application for them with relevant Government Agencies in Europe ONLY for the procurement of the above requested Immigrant Job available in the trustees Company Rosabol Construction Company.. 3. That the Nominees Candidates has accepted that all information’s that will be provided by them as requested for the procurement of their immigration request will be true and no false information shall be send to the Trustee. 4. That the Trustee shall provide within 18(Eighteen) Working Days the work permit /Visa for the Candidates, starting for the day of full submission of all relevant document and confirmation of final Screening by Two of our Staff in the Nominees Country. 5. That the Total contract fees for the provision of the services (work permit and Visa) for each Candidate, Will be paid by the Employee Rosabol Construction Company, as No Candidate will be expected to pay any Fees for such services except provision of Accommodation and flight Cost for Two Staffs of the Company that will be arriving the Nominees Country for Final Screening and selection of successful Candidates。
