According to the estimation of china chain operations asssociation,so far by 2004,our country has had more than 2100 franchising systems and the franchising corporations listed the first in the world,with almost 8.2 franchising league stores and 2000,000 practitioners,covering 50 industries and growing with a speed of 50-60 percent annually. Now the franchising business has become a magnitude carrier for the development of all kinds of industries.Meanwhile, with the trends of franchising business internationalization becoming more and more remarkable, the franchising business of resturant ,as one of the most typical industry forms,has got a rapidly development,thus its proporation in the franchising business will be increased accordingly. The franchising business is actually a modern business of devision and corporation among enterprises or different owners on the ground of the products,services and technologies necessary for corporate businesses ,to carry on corporation and realize profits. As China's franchising business has steped into a period of high-speed development,how to make the most of the opportunity brought by franchising business in such a context is a significant problem facing all the restaurant franching business corporations.This article will give the analysis of the development of franchising business and the environment for china' restaurant franchising business,as well as the status quo and existing problems of it.Also we will illustrate the strategic selections of our restaurant franchising business,hoping it can do some help for the healthy and rapid development of China'restaurant franchising business.
