浅谈会计集中核算与单位财务管理

实行会计集中核算制度是政府加强财政管理，规范会计行为，提高财政资金使用效益，从源头上治理腐败的重大举措。市会计集中核算中心成立5年来，基本上实现了平稳过渡，保障了统管单位的正常运转，在规范会计基础工作和推进党风廉政建设方面取得了良好的效果。但随之而来的是出现了核算单位财务管理工作弱化的情况。本文从分析财务管理与会计核算的关系入手，对集中核算后如何加强单位财务管理工作谈几点粗浅的认识。

This article obtains from the analysis financial control attending idea calculation relations, how strengthens the unit financial control work after the centralism calculation to discuss several shallow understanding.
