Our professional migration services team will try our very best to help you with your 163 State/Territory Sponsor Business Owner visa application. We attach a Statement of Services with this email, to outline our agreement with you.

The following is our initial instruction for your visa application. Please follow the steps closely and feel free to contact us if you have any query.

1. Please follow the Attached Document List to prepare your documents and information.

2. Please sign and return the following forms to our office:

a) Please sign the Form 47BT (for every applicant aged 16 or over)

b) Please sign the Form 80 for (for every applicant aged 16 or over)

c) Mr Ba Jiang Zhu please sign the Form 1136.

d) Mr Ba Jiang Zhu please sign the Sponsorship Form

3. At this stage, please just provide the un-audited financial statements. Once the Government Sponsorship is approved, we can refer you to an accredited auditor to have the financial statements audited.

4. Every applicant aged 17 or over please refer to the Form 47P to prepare the police clearance certificate.
