DEQ（目的港码头）交货方式：
卖方的义务是将货物运至买方指定的目的港码头加上清关。
这个方式不常用。常用的就是FOB,CNF,CIF.
运费付至目的地（含清关）意思就是卖方的货物完成后必须履行其货交至买方指定目的地码头的义务，并负责清关工作
