专家楼是为了接待来我校讲学的外国专家、外国留学生以及国内外来宾提供住宿服务的场所。为了提供给外国专家安全舒适的工作、生活环境，保证外国来华专家的人身安全，特制定本规定：
1、入住人员必须遵守专家楼的各项管理制度，听从服务人员的管理。外籍教师居住的房间，只供其本人使用，不得转让他人居住或留宿他人。如外籍人员的亲人来访，需要留宿的，应事先向办公室提出申请，经同意和办理住宿手续后，方能入住。
2、住宿人员要爱护专家楼公共财产，注意防火防盗，须随时检查住房是否有未熄的火种（如烟头、被烘过的东西、用过的设备等）。杜绝其他事故发生。
3、要保持室内安静，住宿人员不得在本楼内举办晚会或舞会。晚上22点以后不得大声喧哗或制造躁音，以免影响他人的工作，学习和休息。
4、住宿人员外出时，应关闭或切断电器设备的电源（电冰箱除外），如果提醒三次以上仍未关电器者我们将处以10元—50元的罚款。贵重物品请妥善保管，钥匙随身携带。不准私自配钥匙或更换门锁。钥匙遗失应及时报告服务台，根据情况调锁或配钥匙，但须交成本费。如将钥匙留在房内，请与服务台联系，不得自行破门。
5.凡是专家楼会客人员，经客人允许后出示本人证件，填写会客登记单，并在晚上22点前离开，方准会客。如在工作人员的提醒下仍不离开者，我们将直接与公安机关联系，后果自负。
6、专家楼统一准备了寝室用品，如果使用者给弄上需特殊处理的东西，须付特殊处理费，如无法使用，须照价赔偿。也可自行使用私人用品。
7、外籍专家或教师，禁止带学生进入自己的房间，如果有问题在大厅
8、厨房里的餐具请自行准备，不要使用或带走他人的餐具，以免传染疾病。
9、空调的摇控器在每年的6月份统一发放，到10月份统一收回。请各位外教积极配合。
10、报纸架上的报纸，请您看完后及时返还，以免影响他人阅读。
11、请保持房间内卫生，如需要打扫房间，请及时挂牌。
12、专家楼晚上23点锁门。如果经常23点前不能回来，请向服务台要大门钥匙。为了保证住宿人员的安全，开门后请及时锁好。
以上规定是根据北京市公安局住宿规定制定。
