医学发现,人在仰卧状态下,大脑会分泌松果体,促进睡眠.所以看书的时候不能躺着,最好改变姿势,端正地坐在桌前,边读边记,调动大脑神经.

i tell u something read book on the bed is the badly style!!! and 1 thing is when u wan go in to sleep then onli u read book, the imformation from book u also will not absorb to ur brain de!!
the best is when wan sleep then truogh away u sleep dun think anything, u onli is wake up early then read book, coz in morning the brain no work yet, so wat u read the brain will easy absorb lo!! if u dun wan wake up early, then u find some free time find ur friends and read together( this also good coz when u have some problem or question u dunno u can ask ur friend easy!) 为了不伤害你的眼睛,看书最好不要躺着.困了可以跑步或者做做运动.做运动后再学习效果不凡.
