此题的主干是Is it Dave William that runs a website去掉Is it ...that...原句还是成立的,是强调句.where引导的定语从句来修饰website,在从句中不缺少成分,要用where作状语而不是that.选择第二个空时不要以为是Is it ...that...的强调句,定语从句中的that在从句要作成分的,而在其它的从句中不要求作成分,还是要好好看一下that在定语从句中的用法.分析好引导词是否在句充当成分.

从你的选择上看,对定语从句有所了解,但此题的考点是"介词+引导词"的结构.在定语从句中没有像你选择的选项中的结构,引导词还原的从句是some of many friends are businessmen.whom在句中代替了many friends,而many friends的代替词在of之后,要用宾格.这种结构的选择要看引导词所引的词在还原的句子中是什么成分.一般来说都是为介词的宾语,要用引导词的宾格.这部分内容并不难,仔细体会,多作一些习题就好了.
第三个和第四个题目,你没有打上选项,我也没办法了.
定语从句并不太难,记住规则,多作一些习题就好了.

1. 第一和第三题是强调句型。做题时若遇到 It is/was ...who/that...框架，可先判断其是否强调句型，是的话，就可以不再考虑其它结构。把It is/was ...who/that...框架去掉后，与原来句子意思不变，该句就是强调句型，可以不再考虑其它结构。

(It was) not until nearly a month later ( that )I recieved the manager"s reply.
2. 在第二题中有两个主谓结构，即：I have many friends 和 some are businessmen 。两个或更多的句子之间一般不可全都用逗号连接，不能没有连接代词/副词、关系代词/副词、并列连词、从属连词等把它们连接起来，否则读者就无法明白这两个或更多的句子之间是何关系。在I have many friends ,of whom some are businessmen 句中，关系代词whom 替代先行词friends ,引导定于从句。 of whom 也就可以理解为of the many friends (在这许多朋友中)。这样 I have many friends 和some are businessmen 之间就存在主从关系了。
3. 在第四题中，句子的主干是Women have a greater chance than those who don't（ drink coffee every day ) (have a great chance ）。who drink more than two cups of coffee a day 是Women的定语从句， of having heart disease 是介词短语，作chance 的定语。在those的定语从句 who don't（ drink coffee every day )中，括号中的谓语部分因重复而省去 。同样，在 than those (have a great chance ）这个比较状语从句中的谓语部分也因重复而省去 。
