每次装的时候都跳出来

以前能装的，系统重装一次之后就不行了。。。
如果是不匹配，那应该下哪个C-Media的声卡驱动？？？

是 独立声卡吗
要是 你先在bios里的声卡关掉
在安装这个驱动 就可以了
