有一个句子，我不太理解：
Two men took the parcel off the plane and carried it into the Customs House.
第一：这个句子里Customs House大写了，说明它在这里是一个“专有名词”，但是词典中显示的都是小写，就说明customs house是一个“普通名词”，难道像这样的复合词都可以随便大小写，想作“普通名词”就作“普通名词”，想作“专有名词”就作“专有名词”吗？例如：waiting room ，也可以随便写成waiting room 或Waiting Room 都行吗？
