因为题意是说 昨晚在修路,但明天不会修完 就只能用过去进行时.如果选D,D的意思是过去完成进行时,说明 路在过去就已经修完了, 与题意明显不符.因此,不能选D

过去完成进行时首先要表示过去的过去的（没打错）时间状语，比如：They were playing footboy last day and we had been playing basketball three hours before them.

只是一个时间点，所以不能用现在完成时，反而应用过去进行时

事情没有做完，怎么能用现在完成时？呵呵~

last night 前面加上from或since就选D,

last night 是时间点不是时间段,所以选B 不选D
