First name and Second name.Usually, we call some one his first name.However,somtimes,for instance,Mr president of America,we call him Bush,not George.Siminarily,in some movies,such as "Prison Break",we call the protegonist Scofield,not Micheal.So my question is when we should use the first name,and in which condition,we should call the second name.
