你写得挺好的。但有几处值得商榷之处。

The grass is turn green应当改为：the grass turns green因为turn是实义动词，在一般现在时中，不必用is来作助动词。
aways我想应当是always吧。我觉得这句话加上系动词比较好，但不加似乎可以看作是省略句。
the tree is turn yellow也是turn用错了。再就是我觉得用"the tree"值得商榷。the tree有特指之嫌，意指“这棵树”变黄了，好像没有说其他树的意思。建议改成trees，不加冠词，表示泛指。那个the grass也一样，直接用grass好些吧，grass是不可数名词吧。各位网友，有什么意见？
还有就是在说天气的时候，最好不要用"the weather"作主语，可以直接用代词it，比如：it is hot in summer，就是夏天天气很热的意思。这样表达更好一些。
还有南方不下雪也一样，用：it doesn't snow in the South.可能更好一些。
最后一句话怪怪的，我觉得用I'd like to go to the North and watch snow.好一些吧。我也不太确定。少用一些want to ，多用一些'd like，更礼貌一些。

There are four seasons in China. They are spring, summer, autumn and winter. In spring, the grass turns green, and the weather is sunny and warm .In summer, the weather is hot or rainy, the sun shines badly .In autumn, the leaves turns yellow and the weather is cool. In winter, the weather is cold and snowy.
I like autumn, because my birthday is in autumn and the cool temperature. I also like winter because of snow .But south part of China doesn’t have snow. So I want to go north to look at snow.
