2.如果用I were invited来表虚拟应该可以,I was invited 肯定不行
3.D 完成时态来表示对当时造成的影响
4.不是说什么过去的过去,是说过去在做的事情并没有结束
而是可能持续下去
举个例子;
I had been writing a book.
I had written a book.
上一句说的是我在写书,没说写没写完
下句说的是我写了一本书,写完了
