我以前看过很多恐怖片
单独一个人的时候那些画面和声音 经常回出现在大脑里

恐怖片还是少看的好,我以前也看《山村老尸》这样的影片,说真的真是很恐怖啊。之后我就不看了,偶尔看看鬼故事什么的。
我以前也有像你这种症状,而且当时我必须天天都一个人住,而且是一间挺大的房子,是挺害怕的。然后我就弄了个护身符天天带着,不知是心理作用还是什么,自从有了那个符以后就再没怎么害怕过。
还有一次我去山里上坟,上完坟回来之后就每天都觉得不对劲,晚上特别害怕,当时我同学有个护身符,我就放在枕头底下,之后就不再觉得害怕了,过了一段时间我就把护身符还给同学了,也不觉得害怕了。
你也去求个护身符吧,也许会好一点。
然后恐怖片以后就别看了,看多了真的不好。

看完恐怖片再接这看动画或者喜剧片
我就一直这样的
基本后面那个看完前面那个片子讲什么我都忘了
我也很喜欢看恐怖片的
我就是这样看的

当然,以后不要再看恐怖片了;然后,一个人独处时可以听音乐,好听的;再,看一些喜剧片或者浪漫的爱情片。坚持一个月,症状消除。

找个伴一起看吧

继续看哈 看到麻木就可以了
