gonna=going to
not...anymore(not...longer)=no more(no longer)
i am not gonna play the fool anymore.=i am gonna play the fool no more.
应该是 i am not 估计是你没有听准，如果是i am not 无论从语法 还是句子的意思来理解就都没有问题了
