if any firm,anency,publication,or metal exchange whose quotations form the basis of pricing any metal under this agreement shall go out of business, cease publication or discontinue the making of such quotations, or if any such quotation undergoes a structural change, or becomes in the opinion of either party an unrealistic pricing basis for this agreement or is no longer representative of the method of pricing any metal in material, then at the request of either party, the parties shall promptly confer to agree upon such new basis for pricing as may be necessitated by the occurrence of any of the above.
