第二个，是There be句型的就近原则，后面是a knife ，所以是is
第三个，也是There be句型，只是此时后面是a light bulb and a screwdriver ，两个事物，所以用are

第1个填is!Bread和butter都不可数,怎么能用are呢!不能被and迷惑.
