临时文件在C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp
这里面可以删，其他地方不要删

把这些复制到记事本里，然后另存下，以“清楚系统垃圾”命名

清理方法：

新建一个记事本并输入以下的内容:

del /f /s /q %windir%\prefetch\*.*

del /f /q %userprofile%\recent\*.*

del /f /s /q "%userprofile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\*.*"

del /f /s /q "%userprofile%\Local Settings\Temp\*.*"

del /f /s /q "%userprofile%\recent\*.*"

echo 清除系统LJ完成!

最后将它保存，然后更名为“清除系统LJ.bat”!ok!双击运行

windows文件夹里面的TEMP就是不要的.删除.
