想提高英语水平，最好是制定学习计划，持之以恒地学习英语。这样才能在最短时间内把英语提高！
主要是练习听力、阅读和作文了，词汇是需要长时间积累的，每天记些单词，读几篇文章，做5篇左右的阅读理解，听半小时的听力，一周写两篇英语作文。平时多听听英语广播，这样坚持一段时间你的英语水平就会提高的。

这些学习方法对于每个外语学习者都有普遍的指导意义，可以学习下：）~~
一、学习外语贵在坚持，一天也不能中断。倘若没有时间，哪怕每天挤出十分钟也行。
二、要是学厌倦了，不必过于勉强。你可以变换一下学习方式，比如暂时把书放在一边，去听听广播、看看电视或翻阅辞典。
三、决不要脱离上下文孤立地去死记硬背。
四、应该随时记录并背熟那些平时用的到的“句型结构”。
五、尽可能“心译”你接触到的东西，如一闪而过的广告或偶尔听到的言谈话语。
六、只有经过教师修改过的东西才值得去记忆。不要反复去看那些你自己做过而未经别人修改过的练习，这种不成熟的练习看多了就会不自觉地连同错误的东西一起记到脑子里。
七、抄录和记忆有用的习惯用语和典型的句子或格言等。
八、外语好比碉堡，必须从四面八方来攻克它：读报纸，听广播，看原文电影，和外国人通信、交谈等等。
九、要敢于说话，不怕出错误。出现错误时，不要难为情，更不要泄气。
十、要坚信你一定能达到目的，只要有坚忍不拔之志，就一定能获得掌握和运用外语的非凡才能。

1．What is language for? Some people seem to think it is for practicing grammar rules and learning lists of words--the longer the words the better. That’s wrong. Language is for the exchange of ideas, for communication.

9. Try to think in English whenever possible. When you see something, think of the English word of it;

15．Don’t be afraid to ask for help. The more times you ask for help, the more powerful your English will become.
Never hesitate to ask! Learn as much as you can from as many different people as you can! An eager student will always find a teacher!

16．Keep English constantly in your mind by listening, speaking of reading every day! Constant exposure will make it

17．Keep a positive attitude about English. If you think of English as a burden, it will be one! If you think of English as
