前者在百度和Google里均找不到，后者是个木马。
一个字：杀。
aukld是：Allows members of the Computer to remotely update aukld applications. Use the aukld service to update your aukld.
wincup 是：Standard desktop advertisement pushing system for world cup! You can uninstall from the control panel if you do not want to receive any ad!
好象是MS为世界杯搞的什么广告什么玩意的~~
两个都可以在 控制面版--管理工具--服务 里可以关掉aukld 和 winwrcup 服务。
