我的笔记本不知道怎么了 现在开机会出现一个红框 里面写着
save to disk file not found
save to disk feature is disabled
run phdisk for information.file:create new
PARTITON:consult manual
hit any key to eixt
然后过1秒 会出现
disk error
please any key to restart

有可能是分区出错了。你用光盘启动到DOS，使用dos版的pqmagic或者dm看一下分区是否正常，如果分区正常，尝试用pqmagic修复，如果检测只有一个区甚至完全没分配，就只能重新分区了。如果连硬盘都检测不到，就只有送修了。
