2...,you should not only learn...
should 后应该加动词原形，not only 最好放在使役动词learn之前
notice虽然译为“注意”，但一般有“（偶然）注意到”的意思，不这样用。
根据句意我感觉可以这样翻译：To master English well, only learning vocablary and grammar is far from enough,and you should also pay attention to the fixed expression.

4.应该用hand in 而不是turn in

5.定语从句之前缺少先行词,改为：
He is one of those who ...

1．我记得否定句和疑问句的and应改为or
2．第4句的mistake要用复数→mistakes

(hand in没问题)

He is one of the persons I know who sacrifices his life for the public interests .
(one of后面的名词用复数)
