　　电脑安装TCP/IP协议方法：

1. 解决方法网上邻居右键属性→本地连接属性→安装→协议→TCP/IP

2. 如果没有本地连接,看是否安装了网卡驱动程序,右键我的电脑→管理→设备管理器→声音那一拦是否是黄色,如果是,建议安装驱动程序 。

3. 可以再网上下载个驱动精灵或者鲁大师，直接帮解决了。

可以上QQ说明不是网络协议的事.可能是你的病毒没有杀干净.
到安全模式下再杀一遍试试.
