一、Service Control Manager 出现蓝屏或重启，可能是硬件出现冲突。
系统程序安装共分为系统程序、驱动程序、应用程序三种程序，安装时有些安装顺序问题，造成系统存在硬件错误。
在安装Windows系统的时候，一安装完Windows系统，最好的方法要先安装主板驱动程序Chipset先驱动主板芯片控制器，然后先重启动。这步是让主板在其他硬件没驱动的情况下先安装，中断口等优先。然后再安装SATA硬盘接口程序、显示卡程序，网卡程序，完成后，又再一次重启。
安装防毒软件并并级到最新病毒库，防止安装应用程序带有病毒，最后才安装各种应用程序。
二、如果你加入的硬件并不适配，即是有点不兼容现象，也可能因为出现错误重启，这种现象只除了更换硬件以外，调节是不可能解决的。
三、如果内存出现接触不良或带静电，CPU和显示卡风扇不转导致机箱内稳定过高，也会出现自保护重启。
设置偿试这种存在错误不让重启电脑的办法：
右键单击“我的电脑”图标，点击“属性”，单击“高级”选项卡，在“启动和故障恢复”下面，单击“设置”按钮。在“系统失败”下，去掉“自动重新启动”复选框前的“√”，重启。
