When a woman is on a crowded bus standing,usually gentleman will offer the seat he has.When a woman and a strange man walk into the same door,gentleman will always let the woman go first.When people want to go out of a concert hall after a concert,gentleman will forever wait till the women leaved.And,that's what we called lady-first.
Nowdays,women are more and more inspired in the society,and lady-first is the typical instance what women deserve it.Lady-first can show a gentleman's politeness,elegance,kindness and so on,so I think lady-first is a geat word!
Anyhow,lady-first is becoming a world-wide trend,it implys the civilizationof the world,and it's also a pretty nice word!

Recently,《Forbes》has made a list of the top 10 most powerful women's name which will surely surprise you! The top one is Condoleezza Rice, Secretary of State United States, with Wu YI-- Vice Prremier China followed. It is obvious that more and more powers have come into women's lives in the political and economic areas. What's more, there is bound to be an ever increaing demand for equal rights with men and even upper social status.
Actually,the sex discrimination almost ends up in the modern society except in some rural areas.Generally speaking,men have gained a strong concious of respecting women, which is proved by the unwriten rule"lady frist". And some trends of thought and policy have been introduced by China in favour of Chinese women.
In a conclude, we should believe in the future more and more women will be happy that they are just women!
