民营企业人力资源管理如何将“流”变为“留”
摘要:人才流失是目前我国企业面临的普遍问题,而对民营企业来说,人才流失的现象则更加突出。这一问题已严重阻碍了民营企业的进一步发展。因此,如何改变人才流失严重的现状已成为我国民营企业在发展过程中亟待解决的问题。本文在充分肯定人力资源以及人力资源管理重要性的基础上,对我国民营企业人才流失的现状及原因进行了分析,并指出了企业在人力资源管理过程中,如何采取有效措施,以解决人才流失问题。

Abstract: Brain drain is an omnipresent problem in Chinese enterprises currently, especially in private enterprises. This has seriously blocked further development of the private enterprises. Therefore, it’s an exigent problem to solve during the development of Chinese private enterprises. to change the serious brain drain status. This paper accepted the importance of human resource and its management adequately, and analyzed the status and causes of brain drain in Chinese private enterprises,then the author discusses on how to take effective measures to solve the brain drain problems during the management of human resource in the enterprises.
