大学生就业难的问题最近几年开始凸显,由于大学生在我国的特殊性,使这一问题日益成为社会关注的热点。面对大学生就业难的问题,从官方到民间都提出了很多方案。本文的写作目是力图挖掘大学生就业难的深层次原因,对这一问题进行实证分析。通过分析,笔者认为无论是劳动的供给方——大学生,还是需求方——用人单位,都是在现有制度安排下追求自身最大化的理性行为。大学生就业市场的供需矛盾,问题不是出在供求双方,而是市场本身出了问题。劳动市场存在的“制度性分割”是导致资源配置的不合理的主因。

It is more and more difficult for a college students to get a job in recent years.Since university graduates are a special group in our country,the society have been paying more attention to this problem.In order to solve this problem,both the government and citizens had came up with different ideas.The purpose of this article is to find out what are the fundamental cause to this problem,and to analyse it with proofs.After analysis,the author thinks that both the provider of the labor--the college graduates and the receiver of the labor--the enterprises are tring to make the best of them in the current situation.The cause of the problem is neither the provider nor the receiver.It is the labor market itself.The institutional division existing in the labor market is the main reason why the resource can't be distributed reasonably.
