本次毕业设计的内容是卧式铣镗床TPX619B的主传动系统。该机床可对箱体等大型零件进行钻孔、镗孔、扩孔、铰孔、锪平面、铣平面、切槽、车螺纹等切削加工，是加工箱体类零件的关键设备。在设计之前，我参考了许多同类型的机床，对的合理的设计加以保留，对一些不太合理的地方进行了重新设计。
本文主要介绍了TPX619B卧式铣镗床的主传动系统的设计过程。本次设计主要包括两方面的内容：
一是主传动系统的传动方案的选择。该主传动系统包括四个传动组，主轴的最高转速可达1250r/min，最低转速可达16r/min。
二是主要零件的计算和校核。其中包括齿轮的模数的估算和验算以及传动轴的轴径估算和强度校核。

This graduation project content is the horizontal-type mill boring lathe TPX619B master drive system. This engine bed may and so on the large-scale components carry on the drill hole to the box body, bore, the broaching, reams, huo machinings and so on plane, mill plane, grooving, cutting thread, is processes the box body class components the essential equipment. Before design, I have referred to many same type engine beds, the right reasonable design retains, has carried on the redesign to some not too reasonable place.
This article mainly introduced the TPX619B horizontal type mill boring lathe master drive system design process. This design mainly includes two aspects the contents:
One is the master drive system transmission plan choice. This master drive system including four transmission groups, the main axle highest rotational speed may reach 1250r/min，最低转速可达16r/min。
