So businessmen from different countries do business in different ways.
This thesis aims to emphasis the importance of cultural differences in business negotiations. From this main idea spread many sub-thesis: first, understanding of cultural differences is a must nowadays; cultural differences always exist and it is natural, so businessmen should have a positive attitude towards them, neither neglect them nor be afraid of them; cultural differences will become less and less apparent with the globalization of the world because of more and more wide contacts, since we can see some similarities in some groups, for example the west and the east, the south and the north, but you must bear in mind that even in the same family, different members are different and even the same person, when in different mood, he would behave differently; finally, I show the importance of cultural differences in the four steps of negotiations and cultural differences are through all the process just like an invisible hand controlling the whole of negotiation.
