This text is the expatiate for evaluation system on quality of teaching developed by me. This evaluation system on quality of teaching combined computer technology with the conventional method of evaluating quality of teaching, which has advancedly done the work of researching and analyse. The system can lighten the load of teaching mangment staff, obtaining higher efficiency and provide a cutoff for the school to make a better dynamic management on quality of teaching and evaluate the teachers' teaching quality. Compaired to the conventional evaluating method, the system, which mainly focusing on the systematized improvement on conventional way of evaluating quality of teaching, owns following advantages: fast data access, high efficiency, convenience and quickness. The most superiority compared to the way of evaluating on Internet is the higher reliability and veracity of data, and accessibility to source material. In the text, the brief introduction of implementation procedure of each function of the system was made, and the difference between the currently operational teaching evaluation on Internet and the traditional method was stated.
