Executive power is the effective realization of the State administration functions, the management of public affairs ways and means, as a public authority is the main purpose of executive power in order to achieve the interests of the ruling class. This requires that we must improve and perfect, rational, and effective administrative power restraint and improve the quality of our civil service administration. Turning to the main mechanisms for this include : the establishment of an effective power control system and sound administrative oversight mechanisms. My deepening the reform of the administrative system and in the crucial stage of the transformation of government functions, improve and perfect the administrative oversight mechanisms, strengthen supervision of executive power, thus pushing forward China's democratization, the rule of law of the process.
