营销渠道冲突是指渠道成员之间的目标、理念或行为相互不能满足对方要求的状态。营销渠道冲突有两种类型,即水平冲突与垂直冲突。渠道成员之间的目标差别、决策权与资源竞争、职能缺位、认识差距、沟通不畅等是渠道冲突产生的直接原因。渠道冲突的产生与发展一般要经过四个阶段,即冲突的酝酿、冲突契机的出现、冲突行为的发生、冲突的结果。渠道冲突是客观存在的,如何认识、分析、控制冲突是管理者比较头疼的问题。由此从渠道冲突的概念和分类出发,揭示渠道冲突产生的原因和主要控制方式,并对一个普遍存在的冲突现象,即窜货问题进行较为深入的探讨,对引导企业理解和管理冲突有很强的现实意义。

The marketing channel conflict is refers to between the channel member's goal, the idea or the behavior cannot satisfy the condition mutually which opposite party requests. The marketing channel conflict has two kind of types,Namely level conflict and vertical conflict. Between the channel member's goal difference, the decision-making power and the resources competition, the function vacancy, the understanding disparity, the communication is impeded and so on is the immediate cause which the channel conflict produces. The channel conflict production and the development must pass through generally four stages,Namely conflict fermentation, conflict turning point appearance, conflict behavior occurrence, conflict result. The channel conflict is the objective existence,How knew, the analysis, the control conflict are a question which the superintendent compares has a headache. From this embarks from the channel conflict concept and the classification, promulgates the reason and the primary control way which the channel conflict produces, and to a universal existence conflict phenomenon, namely flees the goods question to carry on a more thorough discussion, to guides the enterprise to understand and the management conflict has the very strong practical significance.
