大致说的是这个问题是因为系统时间错误导致，如果修改系统时间后问题还未解决，则运行http://www.msn-problems.com/download...-dll-files.bat ;文
件，确认DLL文件注册信息是否丢失或者msn运行需要的文件缺失。

不过我的系统时间是没有问题的，后面又看了一个帖子，觉得应该是自己的dll注册信息丢了，不过文章提供的bat文件现在已经无法下载，狂FT，最后报着试试看的心思把系统时间提前了3天，运行msn，登陆，成功！！！！！

看来80048820错误没错和系统时间有关，但不是说一定就是你的系统时间有错，另外在一位网友的blog中（http://spaces.msn.com/members/davy-cn/ 游乐者）也有对这个问题的记录：

80048820错误是MSN7.5的一个BUG,所有删除过MSN Explorer或者调整时间日期的都会出现。

在WINDOWS的"开始"菜单下选择"运行",然后依次键入:

regsvr32 softpub.dll 回车

regsvr32 mssip32.dll 回车

regsvr32 intippki.dll 回车

本人在处理这个问题时regsvr32 intippki.dll执行结果是“找不到指定的模块”（所以之前也判断自己的问题是dll缺失，不过最后问题竟然还是通过系统时间解决，也是很诡异的事情）

这几天msn在中国某些地方出现登陆困难现象甚至登陆不上，这是正常的

不要擅自改动MSN的注册表，除非你是高手，原因其实就是服务器的问题，等等看就好了

最近MSN登录不上是个普遍问题，据有些论坛讲，如果你的MSN8.0无法登陆，建议你卸载以后重新安装7.5，有可能解决这个问题

卸载你现在这个版本的MSN，然后安装一个新版本的，或者是不同于你现在这个版本的，我和几个同学遇到过这样的问题，都是这样解决了。
