摘 要：智能组卷是计算机辅助教学(CAI)中一个重要的研究课题。本文针对高校试卷命题的实际需要，运用面向对象的程序设计思想，给出了一种能够帮助教师轻松的出一份高质量的试卷的设计与实现，并对系统开发过程中使用的技术要点进行了讨论。
本系统是运用面向对象编程语言Delphi作为开发平台.利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发工具, 建立系统应用原型，然后进行需求迭代，不断修正和改进，直至形成满意的可行系统。该系统结构良好、使用方便,题库数据输入简单,系统能够实现人工选题和随机抽题两大功能. 包括后台数据库的建立、维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。该系统有安全的用户登录模块、方便快捷的浏览界面、易于操作的功能模块。为了能给用户创造一个良好的运行界面，本系统还运用到了Delphi中的第三方控件，其中包括皮肤控件，树型控件，按钮控件等等。
虽然国内外已经有许多类型的试题库管理系统，但为了形成自己的特色，对试题库的建设进行了一些探索，提出了试题库建设的一些思路，并在此基础上尝试开发了试题库与试卷生成系统。

Abstract : The intelligent test paper composition is an important research subject in CAI. This paper contrapose the actual need of university's paper proposition, use the design philosophy of procedure facing target,providing the design which can help teachers design a high-quality paper easy , and discussed the technological main point used in the course of the system designment.
This system manage an Object-Oriented program Delphi as to develop desktop to try an automatic and born system. Make use of itself provide the various development tool facing to the object, build up the system application prototype, then carry on the requirement alternate generation, revise continuously with the improvement till form a satisfied feasible system. The system's structure is good, the usage is onvenient.the data of test questions database input simply, the system can carry out two functions of artificial to choose and take out random test questions. including two aspects that the backstage database's establishment, maintenance and the head application procedure's development .This system has the customer of the safety to register a module, convenient and fast browse interface,and the function module of operating easily. For creating a good movement interface for customer, this system still circulates to the third square control in delphi, including a skin control, tree type control, the button control, etc..
Though both here and abroad have been many type of the database of the test questions management system, but in order to form ourselves feature, we search for some constructs about the database of the questions, we bring up some advices about the constructed of the database of the test questions, base on them we try to developed the database of the test questions and the Test paper auto-production system.

In spite of many existing types of management systems for testing paper domesticly and abroad,this system provides some distinctive modifications,compared to such ones. Some exploration and tentative ways are brought forward in the paper,to characterise the system.
