如果你用某个东西来训练,或者某种操练则用exercise,比如健身运动,或者为了强化刚刚学到的知识所做的练习.

如果是一个需要解决办法的,或者在实现的过程中产生了障碍的,就是problem.这个词简单的翻译就是"问题",不过它是没有问号的问题.也就是说它重在强调问题的内容,是问题的内容的一个概括.并且产生problem的不一定是人.任何事物都能产生problem.problem是用来被解决的,而不是被回答的.
