2.4 BARCODE
*****, member of EAN international, provide barcode for all the products develop only for RTMART.
For standard products, Supplier is using his own barcode as usual.
If the barcode is stuck on the product, only anti-tear barcode will be authorized. Otherwise, the goods
will be refused during inspection.
2.5 RECYCLE FEE
Supplier must also send to ***** all information pertaining to every element of packaging
(description, net container weight, size, volume) so as to enable us to comply with Tailand Environment
law and pay the relevant contribution fees towards recycling.
3. QUALITY APPROVAL:
3.1 DOCUMENTS:
After received ***** order, you must provide:
1. Certificate of analysis(CA) of the product from yourself or international testing company.
2. Composition and finishing of the product:
All these details of the requests will be report on a “ Technical specifications sheet”
3.2 CONFORMITY SAMPLE:
CONFORMITY SAMPLE should be exactly the same as mass production.
If for technical reasons, CS is not available before production, Supplier will send a prototype along with
all the necessary explanation.
3.3 INSPECTION & LAB TESTS:
All goods have to be inspected before shipment, by the inspection company or any representative of RTMART
as mentioned in the order.
For inspection, 100% of the goods should be finish & at least 80% should be already packed.
***** pays for the first inspection. Should it fail because the goods do not meet the quality
required, re-inspection will be paid directly by Supplier to Inspection Company. If Supplier failed
for payment, ***** will deduct the unpaid inspection fee from the payment.
PROCEDURE :
Supplier has to send two conformity samples with final packaging corresponding to ***** ‘s order:
One directly to inspection company & One directly to ***** before production.
The conformity samples send to local inspection company and ***** should be exactly the same.
After the conformity sample being agreed and approved by ***** quality control dept, Supplier can
start the production.
In case of LAB TESTS, at the time of inspection, the inspection company will pick up some samples,
stick them and the supplier will immediately send them to the laboratory for lab testing the conformity
of the goods issued from the production for *****. For accredited Suppliers, internal supplier’s
laboratory could be allowed to make the lab test.
