问题补充：已经出现过很多次了 这个情况是在关闭监视器选定以选为 “20分钟以后” 我又自行重装过系统 但只重装了C盘

问题补充：已经出现过很多次了 这个情况是在关闭监视器选定以选为 “20分钟以后” 我又自行重装过系统 但只重装了C盘
上面描述说系统硬件与软件有冲突，也就是说系统在20分钟以后要关闭监视器时发生错误的。
问题解决方法：将关闭监视器改为一直开着，或升级显卡驱动程序，给系统打齐补丁。
很有可能是硬件问题,最好去找一下销售商
