With the rapid development of science and technology in modern society, the connection of science and technology with business affairs is getting increasingly closer. An emerging technology can provide unprecedented promotion for the economic development. Ever since the concept of e-commerce was proposed, this new business model has brought forth immediate attention and experiments. More and more enterprises and corporations have realized its importance. They have actively participated in the constructions of e-commerce websites and made sure the websites keep up the progress of science and technology in order to meet the demand from the competitions of every profession and the development of society. Accordingly, we have timely developed the online store system.

This paper is mainly to introduce the concept of e-commerce, the overall design and development of an online store, as well as the development and realization of the interaction between the online store subsystem and the auction system. The online store system is a B2C e-commerce model utilizing computer technology, internet technology, and commercial marketing knowledge. The online store system follows the e-commerce theories to accomplish the functions of online trading, membership management, order management, management of suppliers and merchandise, news, forums, and auction. The auction system, a subsystem of the online of store, mainly requires languages such as JSP and JAVA, and SQL2000 database to realize its system function.

The online store's system follows the theory knowledge of e-commerce to realize the online trade, the member manages, the order is managed, the supplier and merchandise control, news and forum, function of auctioning etc.. Auction system as online subsystem of store , use JSP , languages such as JAVA ,etc. mainly, having used SQL2000 database, the function of the implementation system, has satisfied the demand.
