Gameplay
Two teams of two people played. One team (the returning champions would be first) would select one of two topics, while the other team was placed in isolation and could not hear anything. Each member of the talking team was given 20 seconds to "talk about" the selected topic in an attempt to say as many of 10 pre-selected words as possible pertaining to the topic, with each word being worth one point.

If the talking team said all 10 words, they received a $500 bonus in addition to the 10 points. Otherwise, their opponents were brought back from isolation and shown all of the words not said. If they could correctly guess the topic, they stole the points; otherwise the points were given to the talking team.

Teams alternated talking until one team won the game by scoring 15 points. The winning team advanced to the bonus round returned for the next game. Five-game champions received a "Grand Game" bonus prize of $5,000, which increased by $1,000 each week until won.
