今天在英国太阳报的网站上看新闻的时候，遇到了几个一直没搞懂的问题，想到这里请高手指点一下。原文如下：

第一个问题： League One 是指的英国哪一级联赛，是英超、英冠还是英甲呀，从我掌握的资料来看（http://www.4thegame.com/matchcentre/），英超好像是barclays premiership，英冠是championship，由此推测，league one好像只能是指英甲了，是这样吗？
第二个问题：Tranmere 、Rovers 似乎分别指的是一只英格兰球队，请问是分别是哪支球队呀。（注:rovers应该不是我们常指的苏格兰的流浪者队）
