I. Greetings and introductions (about 1 minute)
Good morning/afternoon.
Sit down, please.
My name is ............ (full name).
What's your name? And what's your number (准考证号)？
Could I have your mark sheet, please? (Can you give me your mark sheet, please?)(Can I have that piece of paper?)

II.General conversation with the candidate(about 4minutes)
Now, first of all I'd like to know something about you.

Do you live near here?
Can you tell me something about your work?
Can you tell me something about your study?
What are employment opportunities like in Beijing?

III. Topic presentation and follow-up questions(about 4-5 minutes)
Now, let's talk about something you have prepared.
You have about 2 minutes for your presentation.
What are you going to talk to me about? (What is your topic?)
[Ask the candidate to start his/her presentation.]
[Ask two or three follow-up questions about his/her presentation, the discussion may last about 2 minutes,]

IV. Off-hand topic presentation and follow-up questions (about 3 minutes)
