最好是显著的区别，别说watch没有注视的意思啊？
watch:观赏 或带着某种特别的心情去看，想知道事情的过程和细枝末节。如：
1、I watched my moether cooking and wanted to learn something from her. （想了解细节）
2.Tom watched the game last night.（观赏）
stare at:侧重指长时间地看，定睛看。 如：
She glared at her husband for a moment and tried to find something unsual from his face(表情）。
watch 是指注视,全神贯注看,一般只物体不只人.
例如:
I am watching TV.
stare at: 含个人感情色彩(常带有敌意的看).刻意盯着某人去看.
此词只盯着"某人" 看.
例如: Don't stare at me.
