I think so.By banning the cars in the city,the pollution will be probably reduced.But that won't solve the problem complitly,and ,what's more,the citizens will not be satisfied.The best way,as far as I'm concerned ,is that to produce a kind of clear transport,with no pollution.And it is reported that such products has already been borned.
