如果比较级是特指，就可以用this/that
Eg:
This tallest boy is named Tom.
That shortest boy is named Jack.

be best at这是固定短语be good at的最高级，后面没有名词，不需要用the

最高级中是不可以用this/that代替the的
至于be best at是be good at的最高级
而best或最高级作定语时才要用the（？这个不确定）
